CWBLB project activities are re-grouped in six Work Packages (WP):
WP1- PREPARATION: Capacity building on WBL within agricultural specialties (Leader: EPLEFPA de Bourg en Bresse)
The first WP aims at preparation of updated reports on current practices in the field of WBL in Armenia, with special focus on last development in agricultural field and at SSAC. The second component is preparation of Training Kit on work-based learning oriented pedagogical approaches, teaching and learning methods with focus to agricultural sector and farm adjacent to VET institution, including aspects related to Green Deal. The last task of the WP1 is capacity building training in Bourg-en-Bresse, France on organization of apprenticeship within agricultural specialties.
WP2 - DEVELOPMENT: Model of SMART Farm adjacent to VET institution (Leader: NCEDI)
WP2 is starting by implementation of knowledge and information received in two parallel developments: i) elaboration of the model of SMART Farm adjacent to VET institution aimed at milk and dairy products production & sale and ii) revision of State Education Standards and Modular Programmes of "Veterinary", "Milk and Dairy Technology" and "Management" specialties for delivery through WBL at SMART Farm. The second capacity building event is workshop to discuss draft model of SMART Farm adjacent to VET institution, including revised State Standards and Modular Programmes, Lisbon, Portugal. After capacity building events, feedback on created results will be presented by EU partners.
WP3 - DEVELOPMENT: Piloting WBL within established SMART Farm adjacent to SSAC (Leader: SSAC)
The WP3 is first concentrated on the revision of the draft model of SMART Farm adjacent to VET institution, followed by its legal and administrative establishment of SMART farm adjacent to SSAC. A national capacity building training at SSAC will be delivered by European partners to support piloting of WBL at SMAR Farm. Staff involved in teaching the "Veterinary", "Milk and Dairy Technology" and "Management" specialties are the target audience of this capacity building training.
Based on the provided feedback of policy makers, experts, students, scientific and academic community during the public discussions of project results, the SMART Farm Model, including revised agricultural specialties will be finalized before the final dissemination conference scheduled in October 2026.
WP 4 – QUALITY PLAN: Project review, quality monitoring, control and assurance (Leader: ACEP with involvement of external quality evaluator expert)
WP 4 will guarantee the project review, quality monitoring and assurance in the rolling basis. This work package will be led by ACEP and for more objective results by an external quality evaluator expert. The review and quality of the project activities and results will be carried out in line with project Review and Quality Assurance Strategy (RQAS) approved by project Governing Board as described in the point 2.1.2.
WP 5 - DISSEMINATION & EXPLOITATION: Communication on project (Leader: ACEP)
The WP5 will focus on the dissemination and exploitation of the project activities and results. Within the WP5 the leading partner ACEP will be responsible for timely communication of materials and updated project website. Public internal and external discussions, including public discussion workshop on developed SMART Farm Model, including revised agricultural specialties will be organized in Armenia in order to do follow-up discussions and to clarify problematic issues and to create common understanding of project objectives and deliverables. The contribution of all consortium partners to dissemination activities and awareness raising actions is highly important for finalization of project results. In addition to internal and external discussions final dissemination conference will be held in Yerevan.
WP6 - MANAGEMENT: Overall and daily management of the project (Leader: Imanovation)
This WP is first devoted to the project’s day-to-day, financial and overall management led Imanovation, project coordinator. The WP6 includes also activities for organization of project Kick off meeting in Stepanavan and establishment of project management structure and approval of project management methodology, purchase and installation of equipment for milk and dairy products production project EMT, elaboration of project progress and final reports, etc.
